Role Purpose

As the Tender/Bid Writer, you will be at the heart of the company’s tendering operations. Your role will be crucial in securing new business and driving the company’s growth and profitability. Working closely with teams across various specialties, you will ensure accuracy and efficiency in the tendering process, from routine projects to large-scale national framework agreements. Your responsibilities will also include identifying new business opportunities and ensuring all pre-qualification requirements are met.

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

  • An experienced tender writer with a background in ecological consultancy or a related field.
  • An ecologist with multidisciplinary experience seeking a transition to a desk-based role, with an interest in developing advanced tender writing skills.
  • A proactive, positive team player who thrives in collaborative settings.
  • Skilled in project management, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service.
