About the Role

Our client, a consultancy specialising in a range of planning services across multiple industries is expanding their retail team. Due to growing workloads, we are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Planner / Associate to join their dynamic retail team at a Central London office. They pride ourselves on delivering exceptional planning services and are committed to professional growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse range of retail, trade, and warehouse schemes.
  • Work on foodstore/retail park schemes and potentially local authority retail studies.
  • Lead projects, including conducting meetings and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Utilise your expertise in retail planning to undertake sequential assessments and retail impact assessments.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in retail planning.
  • Skills: Proven experience with sequential assessments and retail impact assessments is mandatory.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professionalism: Enthusiastic, career-minded, and committed to personal development.
  • Leadership: Capable of running jobs independently and effectively.
