About the Role
As the Marketing and Business Development Manager, you will lead the development and execution of the marketing and business development strategy. You will collaborate with a design agency, fee-earning staff, and other key stakeholders to enhance their market presence.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Creating engaging marketing materials using tools like Mailchimp and Canva.
- Copywriting and managing social media accounts.
- Maintaining and optimizing the WordPress website, including SEO and performance analysis.
- Running CPC campaigns, display ads, and other digital advertising initiatives.
- Managing and maintaining the internal contacts database (Mailchimp and Sage CRM).
- Organizing client events and seminars to build and strengthen relationships.
- Evaluating marketing outcomes and providing actionable recommendations to improve outreach.
- Managing budgets effectively while leveraging interpersonal skills to inspire and engage the entire team in marketing initiatives.

- Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing and business development strategies.
- Experience in all aspects of marketing, from campaign management to digital analytics.

- Ability to organize events and seminars while managing budgets and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the professional services sector, particularly in property or construction industries.
