What You’ll Do In this consultant role, you'll be at the forefront of transforming offshore wind projects by:

  • Driving Project Delivery: Manage top-tier client relationships, oversee project execution, and deliver actionable insights through research, analysis, and reporting.
  • Growing the Business: Uncover new business opportunities, nurture key partnerships, and contribute to a company that’s scaling globally.
  • Leading Teams: Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget, while mentoring and managing team members.

Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking visionary candidates with a blend of strategic experience and deep knowledge of the wind industry.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years in strategic roles, ideally within management consulting or a similar field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the wind industry or related infrastructure sector.
  • A strong network within the wind industry to tap into.

Expertise:

  • Proven ability to advise senior client teams on critical decisions and drive consulting sales.
  • Experience managing complex projects across various clients and locations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a track record of managing teams effectively.
