About the Role

Ocean to Earth Recruitment is proud to partner with a renowned landscape design firm in their search for talented individuals to join their team. Our client, an employee-owned practice, is seeking a Graduate/Consultant Landscape Architect and a Senior Landscape Architect to contribute to their meaningful work. They believe that landscape is the foundation of place-making and are committed to creating safer, cleaner, and greener environments that connect people to nature, enhance well-being, and reduce carbon emissions. Their dedication to addressing the climate and nature crises is at the heart of everything they do.

Why Join Our Client? As a 100% employee-owned practice, every team member has a voice in the business and shares in its success. This collaborative culture, combined with a passion for the transformative power of landscape design, makes for an inspiring and supportive work environment.

About the Roles: Our client’s London studio is looking for both a Graduate/Consultant Landscape Architect and a Senior Landscape Architect with approximately 5+ years of experience to lead landscape design and public realm projects. The emphasis is on creativity, strong design skills, and a collaborative mindset rather than years of experience. If you’re eager to work within a talented, friendly, and highly collaborative team, this is an ideal opportunity for you.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong conceptual landscape and public realm design skills
  • Excellent verbal and visual communication abilities
  • Technical expertise in detailed design packages and project delivery on-site (Senior role)
  • Experience working with clients and multidisciplinary teams (Senior role)
  • Proficiency across all RIBA stages, including project management, team leadership, and consultant liaison (Senior role)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, Rhino, and ideally Revit
  • Chartered status with the Landscape Institute or an equivalent professional body is desirable (Senior role)

If you are passionate about landscape design and want to make a real impact, we encourage you to apply and become a part of this dynamic and forward-thinking practice.
