Job Overview:
The CRM will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and developing new business opportunities, qualifying inbound enquiries, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and delivering revenue growth through sales. Additionally, the CRM will be involved in promoting the brand through marketing and events.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Outreach: Generating a significant pipeline of sales opportunities through external outreach and qualifying inbound enquiries.

Building and Maintaining Relationships: Establishing and nurturing profitable relationships with key customers. 

Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring customer satisfaction by answering queries and addressing feedback efficiently.

Communication: Keeping customers informed about new services to increase sales.

Strategic Planning: Collaborating with senior management to plan and implement strategies for customer engagement and retention.

Feedback Analysis: Collecting and analysing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. 

Customer Insights: Understanding individual customer needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in business development and sales in a services industry
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and data analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
  • Genuine passion for sustainability and conservation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business, environmental science, or a related field
  • Experience in property or sustainability is desirable

Salary and Benefits: • £35,000-£40,000 per annum plus discretionary bonus.
