About the Role

We are in search of a dedicated full-time ecologist capable of conducting diverse ecology survey tasks and proficient report composition. We encourage applications from candidates across the nation. The ideal candidate will possess their own vehicle and hold a valid driving license.

Our client has a mission to guide clients through the intricate landscape of environmental regulations, offering pragmatic and economical resolutions to their environmental dilemmas.

Their clientele encompasses a broad spectrum, ranging from developers and local authorities to architects, planners, and private landowners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting extensive phase 1 habitat surveys
  • Performing preliminary roost assessments
  • Executing phase 2 surveys for legally protected species
  • Drafting reports Ensuring accuracy through proofreading reports
  • Collaborating with clients

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Significant experience in ecology survey work
  • Previous involvement with environmental consultancy
  • Competence in phase 1 and protected species surveys.
  • Possession of licenses for protected species surveys
  • At least a BSc degree in ecology, conservation, natural sciences, or a related field Personal transportation
