Role Responsibilities:
- Lead or contribute to ecological projects, including surveys, assessments, and reporting.
- Provide expert advice on planning and licensing processes.
- Oversee project management, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Prepare and present fee proposals to clients.
Requirements:
- Degree in Ecology or a related discipline.
- CIEEM membership (or eligibility).
- Proven experience in ecological surveys, BNG assessments, and project management.
- Protected species license (e.g., Level 2 bat license) and mitigation experience for senior/principal roles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
