About the Role:
Our client works across diverse sectors, including residential, urban regeneration, infrastructure, and conservation, managing projects like biodiversity net gain delivery and green infrastructure. You’ll be part of a 45+ ecology team that values collaboration and professional growth. Hybrid working is available, with occasional travel.
Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to varied projects using your survey, assessment, and reporting skills

Provide clear, practical advice to clients on planning and licensing

Manage projects efficiently, ensuring quality and budget control

Communicate findings through detailed reports and proposals
What We’re Looking For:

Degree in a relevant ecology discipline

Eligibility for CIEEM membership (Chartered status advantageous)

Proven experience designing and delivering ecological schemes
-
Desirable: advanced botanical surveys, biodiversity net gain strategies, or a protected species licence (e.g., Level 2 bat)

Strong project management and teamwork skills
