  • Team Development: Mentor and support junior team members, fostering growth and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
  • Sustainability Integration: Offer insights on sustainability strategies, including carbon-neutral opportunities and internal initiatives.
  • Research and Appraisal: Conduct detailed planning appraisals to assess site development potential and prepare comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Business Development: Prepare fee proposals and contribute to securing new projects.

  • Chartered status (or working towards it) with institutions like CIWEM, CIEEM, or IEMA.
  • Expertise in EIA management, with strong technical knowledge and legislative awareness.
  • Experience providing technical advice on medium to large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Competence in producing high-quality reports and delivering technical reviews.
  • Previous experience in a consultancy setting, with knowledge of multidisciplinary collaboration.
