The Role
Our client is seeking a Flood Risk and Drainage Graduate Consultant/Consultant with relevant qualifications to join their team. Ideally, candidates will have 2+ years' experience preparing Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) and Drainage Strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking, solutions-focused environmental consultancy with sustainability at its core.
Key Skills
-
Ability to identify and communicate flood and drainage-related constraints and opportunities at development sites.

Experience producing FRAs and drainage strategies.

Proficiency in InfoDrainage (or similar drainage modelling software).

Experience using AutoCAD and GIS.

Good knowledge of the planning system, particularly flood-related policies and guidance such as the NPPF and SuDS Manual.

Awareness of project management principles and strong communication skills.

Ability to write clear and concise reports.
Experience with Tuflow, Flood Modeller, FEH, or river restoration would be advantageous but is not essential. All applicants will be considered equally.
