Our client, a leading landscape architecture practice based in East Anglia, delivers innovative projects across the UK. Their collaborative approach and tailored services ensure client needs are met within budget and vision, fostering lasting relationships with clients, designers, and specialists to deliver optimal solutions.

As an Associate Landscape Architect, you will be integral to the leadership team, collaborating closely with the Director and Associate Director. Your responsibilities will include managing production quality, mentoring team members, and overseeing project delivery. Key tasks will involve conducting site surveys and appraisals, producing landscape drawings, advising clients on project requirements and compliance, and ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest standard. You will liaise with clients, local authorities, and contractors to guarantee seamless project progression and successful outcomes.

In addition to project management, you will oversee quality assurance systems, manage team resources, and provide strategic input into practice growth. Your role will include supporting HR functions such as recruitment, training, and performance appraisals, as well as contributing to financial management by monitoring project budgets, invoicing, and resource planning. You’ll also have the opportunity to drive marketing efforts, strengthen client relationships, and develop new business opportunities.
