Meet our Founder
Having worked within environmental recruitment since 2010, I am passionate about supporting the green growth of businesses and sustainable careers for candidates. I am driven to find the best candidates that align with the role, company, values and culture of a business. I have built up an extensive knowledge and network across the natural and built environment and value continually learning about the developing industry and jobs that influence the environmental impact on our dynamic earth.
I enjoy placing experts that have a positive impact on the ocean and earth and have a vision to help organisations to grow green, and so in 2024 I founded Ocean to Earth Recruitment Limited to provide purposeful talent acquisition for the natural and built environment and renewable energy industries worldwide.
